DEPOSITAND PAYMENT POLICY:
A $750.00 per person deposit is required to confirm space. Payment for the Stadium Club and/or Tip-Off Banquet is due upon booking and is non-refundable. If you are booking airline reservations, prepayment will be required within 24 hours of booking.
The balance of your payment is due by SEPTEMBER 10, 2009.
CHANGE FEE:
A $50.00 per change fee will apply for any changes made to a confirmed package. This is in addition to any airline or hotel change fees. This includes, but is not limited to, date changes, name changes, and hotel changes.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
This cancellation policy applies to the hotel and ground package only. Refund policies and service fees for airline reservations will be advised upon booking your flights. Policies vary on airline reservations, depending on the type of fare that is used.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS, TOURNAMENT PASSES, STADIUM CLUB PASSES AND TIP-OFF BANQUET TICKETS ARE LIMITED, AND WILL BE SOLD ON A FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED BASIS. WRITTEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WILL BE SENT TO YOU UPON ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER AND WILL SERVE AS CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REQUESTED RESERVATIONS.
FINAL DOCUMENTS AND TOURNAMENT TICKETS WILL BE MAILED TO YOU BY NOVEMBER 7, 2009

Oahu Travel, Inc., 765 Amana Street, Suite 406, Honolulu, HI 96814, and/or its agents, acts only as an agent for the passenger in all matters relating to travel and for the various companies over the lines of which tickets are available and these tours operate, and as such assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any expense or inconvenience that may occur, or for any delay, change of schedule, strikes, loss, injury and damage to, or in respect of any persons or properties however caused, or arising in conjunction with the services of any vehicles, aircraft, motor or other conveyances, or hotel which may be used, whether wholly or in part in the performance of its duty to the passengers. The Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The passage contract in use by the Airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the Airline and the purchaser of this tour and passengers. The Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa, The Sheraton Maui Resort and The Westin Maui Resort & Spa are all Deluxe hotels located on Kaanapali Beach. Rooms included in the package are in the “run-of-house” category, which means that the hotel has the option of putting you into any of their room categories that are available. Oahu Travel, Inc., cannot be held responsible for location or view of rooms, as it is the responsibility of the hotels to assign said rooms. Requests for specific bedding types, or views will be forwarded to the hotel, however these are requests only and are not guaranteed. Paid upgrade rates (subject to availability at time of booking) have been provided in this flyer should you want a specific view room.
